This week was for me like a sublime hike where we are well aware that we are visiting places so magnificently far from everyday life: the ideal of a body that feels totally well, that breathes totally healthy air, and therefore a light and joyful spirit. I keep this desire warm somewhere between my feet and my head. I notice that I am already standing more upright in my chair, and more aware of my movements in general.
Thanks also for the carbon neutrality. It's incredible that it's so marginal (for now) to organize things like this".
