The Académie Gli Incogniti has been organised since 2017, at the Théâtre des Quatre Saisons in Gradignan (2017, 2018, 2020) and then at the Gîtes du Brugas in Aveyron (2023). The Académie welcomes early music ensembles composed of musicians in advanced studies of early music or in the process of professionalization. It has the particularity to offer classes divided equally between chamber music classes on one side and movement techniques and bodywork on the other side.
This original approach reflects the work carried out within Gli Incogniti since the group's creation (warm-ups, dance, relaxation and Alexander technique workshops). The Academy is also an opportunity for each group to learn to work as an ensemble, receiving advice from Gli Incogniti members. Finally, it contributes to professional integration by offering the groups one or two concerts at the end of the Académie (Théâtre des Quatre Saisons, Théâtre de la Coupe d'Or, Église de Saint Juéry...).

In 2020, Gli Incogniti gave birth to Green'cogniti, an initiative that aims to adopt eco-responsible practices in all areas of its activity (hotels, transport, catering, office, technical...)
For the Academy, an eco-responsible charter has been put in place (vegetarian meals delivered in washable crockery every evening, seasonal fruits, travels in train, accommodation less polluting than a hotel...).
